Also available at Studio 26 is a calendar of classes, courses and workshops. Held in the sumptous surroundings of a purpose built studio, these inputs are similarly designed to improve health and promote development on all levels. Regular classes include yoga, tai chi and pilates, while a succession of visiting teachers brings an abundance of wisdom and expertise in a variety of different fields.
