The Medik8 Titanium Dermarollers with 0.2mm and 0.3mm microneedle lengths have been designed for personal, cosmetic use at home. 

Their main purpose is to enhance the penetration of active ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin, which leads to an incredible increase in their efficacy. The minuscule skin “tunnels” created by the roller support the absorption of active ingredients dramatically, which helps to improve and maintain the healthy appearance of the skin.

 
The Personal Medik8 Titanium Dermaroller models are also recommended for use in between clinic Skin Needling treatments, and after a course of clinic treatment programmes, to sustain skin regeneration results.

Micropigmentation is the term given to cosmetic tattooing.

The current trend for highly defined, ultra groomed eyebrows can be achieved perfectly with micropigmentation.

Used mainly to enhance facial features and add a beautiful new shape to lip line, eyeline and brows due to the natural fading of pigment and loss of definition due to age.  It is also extremely effective used to add finishing touches to surgical procedures and to camouflage scars and any unwanted aesthetic issues post surgery.

This simple, non-surgical procedure is safe and effective and in basic terms involves using a sterile needle which inserts hypoallergenic pigment under the skin. This pigment will, after a healing process, stay in the skin for a number of years - breaking down and fading with time, dependent on age and skin type.
